Creatures You May Have Seen

Pingcian
Pingcian is the name of the giant old man who paints the sky. A fully grown man is barely the size of Pingcian's smallest toe. Pingcian dips his right hand into a sheet of blue color that drips down from the holes in his left arm. When the  sun sets, it burns the colors that Pingcian painted, making the sky go red. When the sun rises, the sky burns again and Pingcian douses the flames as he paints the sky blue again.
Anklepecker
The Anklepecker pecks the heels of people who purposely throw away their food on the ground. However, since the Anklepecker is so small, its peck only makes a tiny hole in the person's shoe. Even if the person is barefoot, or wearing sandals, the Anklepecker's peck would only feel like a bug bite.

Nemoral
They say that every forest has a guardian. These guardians are called the Nemoral. The Nemoral have an airy, graceful presence. People who have come in contact with them often are filled with a sense of awe for the entire forest. Anyone who means to do harm will be led by the Nemoral deep into the forest, never to be seen again.
Pecunent
The Pecunent eats loose change. It is hollow inside so it can fit as many coins as possible inside itself. The Pecunent varies in size, depending on how much it has eaten, but in its fully grown state it reaches a little higher than the knees of a man. After reaching its full size, the Pecunent desappears into a body of water. No one knows what happens to it or the money it has collected, but some say that a year later, little Pecunents will emerge from the water.
Umbreform
There is another world in our shadows where the Umbreform comes from. They say that the Umbreform gets bored of its home and comes up from the shadows to have fun in ours. The shadow acts as a portal from the Umbreform's world to this one. The Umbreform can move from shadow to shadow as long as they touch each other. Sometimes, it can get stranded in something's shadow for a long time.
